The full client list of Bernie Madoff has finally surfaced. Not surprisingly, it contains the names of many prominent businesspeople, investors and celebrities. A bit surprising is just how long the list is. Now that the list is public, one can only imagine the junk mail that Madoff's victims will receive. Maybe they'll be pitched a book on the Top 10 Ways to Identify a Fraud, Even If Greed Is Blinding You. Or they'll be pitched a book on How To Live a Millionaire's Lifestyle on $100K. Perhaps most of all, the folks on Madoff's client list will be hearing from a lot of detectives and lawyers.
